Frontman Allan Rotta, originally from Brazil, developed his deep love for music through his uncle’s vinyl collection. Though he started playing later than most, his commitment to music became undeniable, leading to his role as the band’s lead vocalist. Together, with Javier Alcaraz on keys, Gabriel Bellator on guitar, and William Aranha on drums, they bring a dynamic, electrifying presence to every stage they step on.
The Nicolas’ Case has made a name for themselves across Dublin’s live music scene. From Whelan’s to The Grand Social, Workman’s, and Sin É, they’ve captivated audiences with their seamless blend of technical prowess and raw passion. Although they primarily play covers, each performance is infused with their distinct energy, ensuring no two shows are ever the same.
While The Nicolas’ Case focuses on reinventing classic hits, its members are also involved in other original projects. Oceanna, a modern jazz band featuring three of the members, has released three singles, and Allan Rotta’s The Man & The Journey explores a space rock aesthetic with original music in the works.
