This unique collaboration, titled Mná Misneach, was inspired by Roo’s desire to mix performance mediums. Mná Misneach, meaning Women of Courage, personally represents the rise of Irish women in the global artist industry for Roo. During the show, her songs will be paired with contemporary and pole dance to physically express the emotional arc of the music, highlighting themes of female strength, softness, and courage. She even sees this powerful interdisciplinary partnership continuing into future projects.
